Hobsonville Ferry Terminal
A new ferry terminal has been built at Hobsonville Point to service the growing new residential population in the area, and a ferry service has started between Hobsonville, Beach Haven and Downtown Auckland.
The new terminal was opened jointly by the Prime Minister John Key and the Mayor of Auckland Len Brown at a public celebration at The Landing, Hobsonville Point.
The event included opening of another new ferry wharf at Beach Haven on the other side of the upper harbour.
