The consultation process from the close of the public submission period (5 November 2012) until adoption and implementation of the Auckland Regional Public Transport Plan (RPTP) is as follows:

  • Bookings for presentation slots at the RPTP hearings have now closed; the schedule of submitters presenting at the hearings is provided below.  If you submitted on the RPTP and did not receive your submission acknowledgement letter (which contained instructions on how to book your presentation slot at the hearing) please contact Mathew Stewart on (09) 447 4831

  • Please note that anyone is welcome to attend any of the hearings as an observer.

Submissions

Copies of All Submissions to the RPTP

Post Hearings

  • The Hearings Panel will consider all verbal and written submissions made on the RPTP and make recommendations for the content of the final RPTP document.

  • Amendments will be made to the RPTP as per the Hearings Panel recommendations.

  • Auckland Transport adopts the Regional Public Transport Plan (at this stage we envisage this will happen in March 2013).

  • Letters or emails will be sent to all submitters to inform them that the RPTP has been adopted and to provide feedback on their submission.  

  • Local consultation and implementation of the proposed new network is scheduled as follows:
