If you would like your parking infringement notice reviewed, it can be done in the following ways:

fill out the online form below and press [DONE - SEND REQUEST]
download, print and complete the pdf version of the form and send it to us
write a letter to Parking Services, Transport, Auckland Transport and send it to us. Your letter should include a copy (not the original) of any supporting documentation you have e.g. proof that your car has a current Evidence of Vehicle Inspection. Please include all of the following details: ticket number, vehicle registration number, your full name, address and date of birth for replies and a contact telephone number.

Review process: Please allow 10 working days to receive notification from an infringement adjudicator, outlining the outcome of our review. If the final due date for payment falls prior to this 10 day period, please contact the Auckland Transport Call Centre on 355-3553 and advice of the situation and the urgency required in dealing with your request. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information or have urgent additional questions.
