How to apply
To apply for a monthly lease parking space, please fill in the online Expression of Interest form.
The short form should only take a couple of minutes to complete.
The types of leases offered at our car parks varies, so please refer to the lease information below.
If you are unable to complete the form online, please call our contact centre on 09 355 3553, and a Customer Service Representative will be able to complete the form on your behalf.
Once we have received your expression of interest, we will contact you within three working days about your application.
Please note: We cannot guarantee availability at either of your selected car park locations.
Types of leases:
Overnight concession (Downtown and Victoria car parks only)
Overnight concession entitles the leaseholder to use a car parking space in the designated building, provided a space is available, between the hours of 4pm and 9am Monday to Friday, and within the building’s operating hours on weekends and public holidays.
Note: No spaces are allocated for concession monthly parking and Auckland Transport does not guarantee space availability.
Global concession
Global concession entitles the leaseholder to park in more than one car park building, provided a space is available in the designated areas, from 7am until 6pm. Outside these hours, you can park in any other area of the car park buildings.

Concession
Concession entitles the leaseholder to park in one specific car park building, provided a space is available in the designated area, from 7am until 6pm. Outside these hours, you can park in any other area of the car park building.

Reserved
A reserved lease entitles the leaseholder to use a reserved car parking space in the designated building from 7am to 6pm weekdays (public holidays excluded). Outside these hours, the customer is entitled to any other parking space in the building free of charge, and anyone else may use the designated parking space.
The Downtown and Victoria St car park buildings also offer Reserved Unallocated leases, which guarantee the leaseholder entry to the designated building, however, no specific reserved car parking space is allocated.
About your application
Parking spaces are not guaranteed until all documentation is processed
Once processed, you will receive your car park access instructions and identification label
No spaces are allocated for "concession" monthly parking and Auckland Transport does not guarantee space availability
There is a one-off adminstration fee of $50 for any lease taken out for less than 3 months' duration
An invoice will be generated from the date of commencement to the end of the calendar month for immediate payment
One month's notice is required for cancellation of lease parking
